Refund Policy

Our Promise

At EcoRebate Pro, your rebate check is our goal. We only charge a filing fee once you choose to have us handle your rebate paperwork — after your free eligibility check confirms that you qualify for one or more programs.

We want you to feel confident in our process, which is why we have a clear, straightforward refund policy.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in rare circumstances, including:

  • If your rebate cannot be processed due to program closure, funding exhaustion, or sudden ineligibility after your filing fee has been paid.

  • If your rebate application was submitted but never received or processed by the relevant agency, through no fault of your own.

  • If a billing error occurs (e.g., duplicate or incorrect charge).

In these cases, we’ll promptly refund your filing fee in full.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@ecorebatepro.com with your full name and rebate reference number.

  2. Briefly describe the issue and attach any supporting details or documentation (if available).

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • You provide incorrect, incomplete, or false information that prevents successful processing.

  • You choose to withdraw or cancel after we’ve submitted your application.

  • Failure to respond to requests for additional info or verification.
