  • EcoRebate Pro is not a government agency and does not administer rebate funds. We act as a facilitator to simplify the application process.​

2. Eligibility & User Information

  • Provide accurate, complete information about your home and appliances

  • Authorize EcoRebate Pro to use your information to verify and file eligible rebate applications

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in rejection of your rebate or forfeiture of your filing fee.

3. No Guarantee of Rebate Approval

We make every effort to match you with valid rebate programs, but approval is ultimately determined by the utility or government agency managing each program.

EcoRebate Pro cannot guarantee:

  • Eligibility for any specific rebate

  • The amount or timing of rebate payment

  • Approval or processing speed of third-party agencies

Our service covers research, documentation, and submission — not the final decision.

4. Filing Fee & Refunds

  • The filing fee is charged only after you choose to proceed with a rebate application.

  • Refunds are available only in limited cases (e.g., if a program closes or becomes ineligible after payment).

  • Refunds cannot be issued if you cancel after submission or fail to respond to requests for information.
